1NE Teens offer free individual counselling to young people, aged between 12 and 21, whose parents or carers have an alcohol or addiction problem.

We provide a safe environment for you to share your fears and difficulties, and will help with your self-esteem, confidence, and goal setting. We will help you increase your awareness of addiction and learn new coping skills for living with an addict. We provide counselling in local schools in Woodford Green and at our offices, for young people whose parents are not on our day programme.
